This is for anyone planning to move here. Please be aware that the elevator (only one has worked in the last 4 months) Will be unavailable for folks moving in, out, or otherwise. I live on the 12th floor and unless you’re a stairmaster you’ll for sure have an awesome time getting things to your pad. There is no date for a better future here and I plead you- do not buy a cheap condo from here, it’s cheap for a reason and you’ll likely be liable for the the million dollar elevator plan. STAY AWAY it’s cheap for a reason y’all
I just toured today as a prospective buyer and this place is horrendous. Seriously +$700 HOA to have no onsite management and a moldy building with drywall falling off the ceiling onto the stairway and humid hallways due to broken dryer exhaust. Seriously residents, why are you tolerating this, where on earth do your HOA dues go?
Susan at the front desk is extremely helpful and responsive. She helped us navigate through a difficult situation with a homeowner. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer our tough questions. I deal with a lot of homeowner associations and I was very impressed with Susan and the HOA.
