Matt is hands down best there is! I brought my car to Parkway for what we thought was going to be a simple radio upgrade ... it ended up being not so simple and the Parkway team was relentless in finding a solution. Matt went above and beyond in explaining exactly what the issue was and spent many hours working to fix it. I am very grateful for his expertise. Everyone who works here is extremely personable and clearly loves what they do. Can't recommend more!
Had problem with my touch screen radio console. Dealers, mech shops all made it sound so very complex and very expensive, I visited 4 different shops and 2 dealers each time leaving with more questions than answers. Frustrated, I went to see Matt and there was zero nonsense at this place, he knew exactly the issue, diagnosed and fixed the problem all within 1 hour at a very reasonable price. Did the job, but was overpriced and careless. On June 11, 2025, I brought in my GMC Savana to have two dash-mounted cigarette lighter outlets repaired. I was quoted about 2.5 hours of labor at $95/hour. I provided high-end Blue Sea Systems outlets, so labor was the bulk of the cost. Three hours later, I was charged $250 plus tax.
