So, since the first part of January I have been trying to get an oil change at Walmart five times and they always had an excuse as to why they couldn’t get me in. Always short handed or to many cars ahead of me so they aren’t taking any more cars. I’m ashamed to admit it but it took me five times to decide I’m done with them. I went to a new place today as my mom goes there and they were fantastic. Sorry won’t be back. Charged $$$ for just looking at the car and said nothing wrong- took back 2nd time for the same issue kept it for 2 days still nothing wrong- The stop working a 3rd time leaving a child stranded. Now we are paying again $$$ to someone else for the very first thing we said was wrong but insisted it was fine.
