I visited for an appraisal of minor/moderate bodywork damage on my BMW X3 M40i. The experience began well: Chloe on reception was professional, welcoming, and a real credit to the front-of-house team. Unfortunately, the handover to the assessor, Branden, was the opposite. Excellent service received from this company, my vehicle was quite extensively damaged during an rtc whilst the vehicle manufacturer was "diagnosing" a warranty issue . The vehicle manufacturer was absolutely horrendous to deal with, the only thing they got right was sending the vehicle to Parkway Prestige, thank you for completing the repairs to such a high standard.
