The building seems to be well maintained and is clean. While the location is convenient, it's a little loud for me.
This has been a subpar experience living here for me. The management company is not very responsive or friendly - I’ve been asking for my intercom to be updated for 4 months without success so I have to physically go down to the lobby to let guests in. There are many rules, such as visitor parking spaces cannot be used overnight and items like a TV cannot be brought in through the front lobby without threats of being fined.
