I currently live here and its infested with cockroaches. after complaining and rating them very poorly on a survey their finally fumigating too bad thats at my cost too. they can't do it when I dont have to work or have another place for me to so I get to use my sick time for their bug problem. I haven't had a dishwasher since I moved in it dumps water all over the floor and our fridge leaks everywhere too. once my lease is done I'm out.

RecommendedUsually I don’t write reviews like these whatsoever but this place deserves one. This place is the worst apartment place I have ever had to deal with, whoever needs an apartment I would not recommend getting one here even though they have deals don’t do it because it is a trap. There are cockroaches inside the apartments. They say that they send ppl to spray the walls and all over the buildings but they keep coming back. Place constantly reeks and is covered in trash because students/residents are too lazy to walk 5 feet to a dumpster...heat and ac are constantly non functional and because of all the trash there's constant roach infestations...particularly bad in building C on the lower levels.
it is clean. The romm is large.
Could go on for days about this place and how awful it is. Water constantly shut off, bugs and pest control issues, trash all over the place, staff is rude, pool is disgusting, exercise room is tiny and half the equipment is broken, apartments are outdated, and heat/cooling rarely works and it takes months after becoming cold/hot for the switch over to heat/ac to be made. Avoid at all costs if you can.
I want a job here. :0)
This place is terrible, every day I saw a lot of bugs coming from the sink. So don't rent the apartment at Parkway plaza!!!!!! And the staff here is tough to communicate.
