Things got complicated, but they fixed the situation. I judge a company on how well they handle that sort of thing as well as how they avoid mistakes in the first place. Judging from the other reviews, things usually go much more smoothly. The 60 clarified polypropylene jars and clarified smooth lids are remarkably transparent relative to other companies' clarified polypropylene, so it's all good.
I buy from here around 2-3 times a year so far. Very high jar and cap quality. The customer service is a good help as well. Dean helps me with my orders.
