Unethical and possibly illegal business practices. Placed an order for several thousand items, 1 case of each item. The product page listed a MOQ of 1 case. Order value roughly $1000. After submitting the order, they reached out to me for my tax exemption information, which I provided. Then they said there is a $100 small order handling fee. WHAT? amazing company
I ordered a few sample jars, nothing crazy. The jars were great, but on my orders there was a $25 flat estimate for shipping, for each order. After getting in touch with UPS I found that shipping on each order was less than $15, so I reached out to see if they planned on adjusting or crediting my account. No response. After a week via email and no luck over phone I've decided to cut my losses. Sent me the wrong size. No help at customer service and very unresponsive
If you love yourself don’t work here! Terrible place to work at. Went in on my first day, soon as I started the Indian workers there started gossiping, and doing childish antics like telling me to go work somewhere else when they weren’t in the qualifying position. Other antics include standing in front of me and whispering to each other with their hands over there mouth, felt like I was in a middle school rather than a work place, other staff didn’t seem to mind and carried on with their work.
