Get an answer from someone on the phone and if you call back and ask someone else, you’ll get a different answer. Constantly say they “didn’t get the order”. Leave family and facilities to clarify orders rather than have the pharmacists contact the doctors directly...like MOST pharmacies do! This wastes a lot of time!
I have received medications from Parkway Pharmacy for over 6 years before it was bought out by Symbria. The pharmacy did meet my expectations for awhile however has been going downhill. I requested a refill on a prescription, was told it was processed and procured and was ready to be mailed. Three weeks later, several issues arose and ultimately led me to transferring the prescriptions to another pharmacy. I am a pharmacist and can relate to issues that arise, but the communication breakdown was unacceptable
