I’ve had two visits at this location already and both times have been amazing. The place not only looks welcoming, but also delivers that with each person that I have been in contact with. They are very friendly, and make you feel heard and comfortable. I even had the hygienist call me and ask me how I was feeling the next day! I just completed a consultation with Dr. Tom Statz. I was very pleased with the service provided. He seemed like a kind, affable, knowledgeable doctor. He took the time to discuss various options with me. He did not push aggressive interventions, and in fact was advocating for less invasive common sense approaches. Great care, but deceptive billing. My actual cost was over 30% higher than the estimate, a discrepancy of several hundred dollars out of pocket, with the only difference between the estimate and the final bill was that they were allowed to charge my insurance more at time of billing, so my matching amount due also went up. They seemed to think I was crazy for pointing out the exploitive practice.
They were very helpful with the care of my loved one.
