The bill paying experience was AWFUL, the website is a complete joke, then calling the bill services number over and over again because it keeps ending the call. The whole thing felt like you were being scammed from the get go. I informed my wife never to visit parkway pathology group again. After reading all the reviews this company should really consider a new billing company.
Retroactively charging patients 7+ months after service is unethical. Additionally, your customer service representatives refuse to speak with those trying to mitigate their concerns in an appropriate manner. In my opinion, this business needs to be audited by the state department.
Seventeen months, ten calls, emails, faxes and they still can't get the damned invoices to match our Cigna EOB. It's nearly $1000 more than it should be. These people are incompetent.
I am a Patient Advocate assisting a patient whose bill was paid by insurance. We have proof of payment via the check tracer we initiated to confirm its status. However, the facility has not updated their system and has sent the bill to collections. Despite our efforts to connect with the facility since March, their phone line remains disconnected. This situation is truly unacceptable.
This would be less than a 1 star if it was possible. I am dealing with the same issue as all of the other google reviews. My daughter had a procedure 9 months ago and received several invoices from Parkway Pathology Group - however, they have never filed a claim to our insurance company. I actually did speak with someone back in October 2023 and February 2024 and provided all of the necessary insurance again. Now she is receiving text messages from Day Knight Debt Collectors.
