I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional as Parkway Pathology. I work in a billing department and Parkway Pathology never did their due diligence to inform me of a past due balance. I never received a bill, a phone call, an email, or even a single piece of mail from them regarding a balance. The first time I even learned that I owed anything was when I received a text by a collections agency. The bill paying experience was AWFUL, the website is a complete joke, then calling the bill services number over and over again because it keeps ending the call. The whole thing felt like you were being scammed from the get go. I informed my wife never to visit parkway pathology group again. After reading all the reviews this company should really consider a new billing company.

Retroactively charging patients 7+ months after service is unethical. Additionally, your customer service representatives refuse to speak with those trying to mitigate their concerns in an appropriate manner. In my opinion, this business needs to be audited by the state department.

Seventeen months, ten calls, emails, faxes and they still can't get the damned invoices to match our Cigna EOB. It's nearly $1000 more than it should be. These people are incompetent.
