Chelsea in Service Dept. was very personable and caught that my car I purchased from Parkway a few months back was eligible for a new battery at the time of purchase. She had the battery replaced at no charge during my routine oil change. We were very grateful and will be back!

I had Trouble Service on 1 July 2026, appeared to be low voltage related and no repair needed.The trouble returned on 8 July 2026. The dealer scheduled myself for 8 AM 10 July, the trouble code ID'D aThrottle pedal assembly "BAD" error, I approved the repair and it was completed by 3 PM. Like always great service, but prices have gone up, but a FAIR price. This is a great dealership and I dealt here the last 24 years.
