Brutal customer service. I used Parkway to get my last 5 vehicles. The new manager doesn’t listen, doesn’t get back to you and does not care to help. They will make you feel like a bother to them. Will not use them again when my lease is up in April.
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Parkway Nissan for approximately $38,000. The sales process was handled exceptionally well by my representative; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the vehicle upon delivery. For a vehicle at this price point, the condition was unacceptable. The dealership failed to clean or even vacuum the interior.
