I always love coming here. Everybody here is awesome, professional and ready to help you out. I’ve played Epiphones for a long time, one being a J45 I got here and still have. My first was a G-400 my father bought me, and I still have that too. Thanks to Parkway, I took my first Gibson home today. 50s Standard in Amber Honey. Thank you guys for setting this up for me and helping me achieve a long time dream of mine. Made for a great birthday present to myself. It plays beautifully and my ears are ringing.
What I first noticed was the great inventory of boutique, and high end brands that no one else carries in stock… I’ve now, over the years bought many guitars, pedals , amplifiers and recording gear from a parkway. They have become more than just a store to me I am greeted by first name every time I walk in the door. And I have formed friendships with many of the employees. And they ALWAYS put the customer first. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I bought a Strat thru their website...great transaction. Shipped quickly and you can't beat a free set up w your choice of strings. Beautiful instrument....highly recommend this shop.
Parkway staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Everyone there seems to know everything about their products and services. Parkway took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my guitar and gave me several options for service. Their luthiers did an amazing job. Wow! I am blown away by the amazing service! I took my late 90’s made in Korea Fender acoustic electric to Parkway to get a tuning peg replaced. My guitar needed a bit of work since it’s been in the case for over 20 years. Eric took great care of me. They found a replacement tuning peg and installed it for a reasonable price. Eric also installed a strap button on the neck joint. We also found all the accessories I needed: tuner, capo, strings, fretboard cleaner, straps, and picks.
