I always love coming here. Everybody here is awesome, professional and ready to help you out. I’ve played Epiphones for a long time, one being a J45 I got here and still have. My first was a G-400 my father bought me, and I still have that too. Thanks to Parkway, I took my first Gibson home today. 50s Standard in Amber Honey. Thank you guys for setting this up for me and helping me achieve a long time dream of mine. Made for a great birthday present to myself. It plays beautifully and my ears are ringing.

What I first noticed was the great inventory of boutique, and high end brands that no one else carries in stock… I’ve now, over the years bought many guitars, pedals , amplifiers and recording gear from a parkway. They have become more than just a store to me I am greeted by first name every time I walk in the door. And I have formed friendships with many of the employees. And they ALWAYS put the customer first. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

What a fantastic experience! I recently purchased a Gibson SG Standard - Cardinal Red Burst from them and I could not be happier. The entire process was flawless. I had a number of questions prior to the purchase, and I posted them in the website’s chat feature. The responses were quick, clear, and concise. EASILY the best music shop in the Capital Region with helpful people, great constantly updating stock, and wide variety. I especially love their surprisingly wide selection of bluegrass instruments and mandolins. Also the most reasonable prices in the area, with especially fair pricing on used instruments. Have now bought multiple guitars there, and Mike’s the best. They give good setups too. Will go back EVERY TIME!

I guess this place opened around the time I moved out of the area. Had no idea of it's existence. And I was looking to purchase a Bill. Nash Stratocaster preferably in seafoam green. They happened to have one. Bought it merely based on their guarantees. They were certainly as good as their word, and it arrived in pristine condition exactly as advertised. Only after the purchase did I realize the store's location. Now after visiting in a person I'm even more impressed. Great store, great staff.
