Yvonne Brusse was awesome! I recently started strength training in June for about three months, and my body had become a bit stiff. She knew exactly what she was doing — the session was amazing. She communicated well throughout the therapy, never overdoing or overstraining any muscle, and kept checking in with me and engaging while working. She even used suction cups as part of the therapy, which really helped relieve tension in my muscles and joints. She was strong, confident, and effective. Highly recommend her!
Had a massage booked over 2 weeks in advance with Ashley and was called less than 2 hours before to let know that it needs to be cancelled!! She then told me she could book me in almost 2 weeks later! Unacceptable service and would not recommend, do better!
