In the last week of March 2026, I signed a contract to buy a New Red 2025 Aviator. Twice the dealer cancelled the delivery date. I got suspicious and found out that the Aviator in question was under serious Safety Recalls. OMVIC/MVDA require dealers to disclose such issues on Purchase Agreement. Several times I told John French, the General Sales Manager about this. For some reason John did not seem to know this or just tried to ignore and fool me. WOW!!! Shameful!
