Our recent purchase of a Lincoln Aviator was great with our salesman, Cody Jenkins and his team. HOWEVER, the service we received from Parkway Lincoln afterwards leaves a lot to be desired. We signed the papers and took the vehicle home that night. They told us to come back the next day to "complete the delivery". We did. Dealer representatives were not friendly to my wife from the moment she walked in and spoke with receptionist to dealing wit hthe service personnel. We had a great experience buying our new Lincoln at Parkway! Cameron was great to work with. We turned in a leased vehicle the same day and were very grateful to be able to handle both situations at one time. All of the interactions with staff were positive. We would buy from Parkway again.
