RecommendedUsed to live here for many years with my family and I always loved it. Beautiful community and lovely apartments. Management is amazing.
Recommended5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parkway Lakeside has been one the best apartment locations I’ve ever lived. I’ve had my share of apartments and for the first time since moving to the St. Louis metro area it feels like my home in NC. I love living here and I consider this place elevated apartment living. There’s something here for everyone - many amenities. Doesn’t get any better than this!!
There was no consistency no follow through . Always made excuses for why something couldn’t be done if they even talk to you . No Communication. The RM was very hard to work with he seemed to always want to pass the buck on to someone else n if you didn’t brown nose him then you didn’t matter. THE TENANTS WERE AMAZING PEOPLE AND I WILL MISS WORKING WITH THEM. DONT WORK FOR THESE GUYS UNLESS SOMETHINGS CHANGE THE OWNER HAS A GOOD IDEA BUT IT SEEMS TO GET MESSED UP ALONG THE WAY DOWN THE PIPE LINE. Pay isn’t good neither.

RecommendedI have been living here for a little more than a month now and I LOVE it! The management bends over backwards to help out with anything and everything you could need! Maintenance is quick to take care of things. Paying rent is easy with the resident portal/auto pay. The community is beautiful! With gyms being closed right now due to COVID-19 I’ve been running around the lake most mornings, it’s a good size around and the light up fountains look amazing in the dark.... Recommended RecommendedNice clean apartment complex. Also if you have a problem the maintenance crew is quick to repair anything that concerns you.
