Had 2 new wheels replaced here and the process was very easy. Dan was very helpful and made things easy to understand especially as a young customer.
I had a schedule oil change and tire rotation. Waited then service agent said I have to pay,my warranty is 3 yrs 36,000miles.my vehicle is less than 3 yrs,34,000 miles. I bought the vehicle there and paid cash.ne er will purchase or get work done at that location again
Dan and the Parkway Hyundai team took excellent care of me. They sent a live video of expection details along with a list of all my car care needs. As a result Hyundai replaced the motor with a brand new motor and flushed the transmission. I was given a loaner while my vehicle was in service. I didn't know what to expect when I dropped my vehicle off but their warm welcome and the service provided was nonetheless REMARKABLE!! It drive better than ever!!
