I went to Hyundai dealership due to my check engine light turning on. The service staff including Steve, Mark (driver) and Dan (service consultant) were phenomenal. Dan was able to confirm my extended warranty and save me some money while ensuring my car was fixed in a timely manner. Great experience all around!

Parkway Hyundai completed work on my Tucson using the extended warranty. The compressor had gone out on the AC unit and needed to be replaced. Dan worked with us and called the warranty company several times to get everything set up to be covered. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and kept us informed of what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the service I received from Hyundai through this process.

About a month ago, My 19-year-old son bought a used 2013 Hyundai Sonata. With the temporary tag still on it, he broke down one day on his way to work only to find out that the engine was blown. Thinking that we were probably looking at a total loss, we decided to pop into the Hyundai service department and have them run the VIN number to see if by chance there were any recalls. My experience with the Hyundai service department has been incredibly frustrating. I brought my car in last Wednesday, with an initial estimate of a 1-2 day wait for service, hopefully fitting into a cancellation because my car is not safe to drive after fuel vapors was coming into the car and I was told it could catch fire.
