Had an appointment and scheduled it 3 weeks prior for 7am. Called at 1 pm and they haven’t even looked at it. Very disappointing. Will not go back.
Service was prompt and staff very professional. Appreciated free car wash and delivery of my car to my home. Front mirrors and windows had lots of spatters...needed wiped off.
I took our CR-V in due to a noise stemming from the rear tire. They diagnosed the issue being a screw in the wrong hole in the rotor. They charged us $150 which is understandable. However they charge us $300 to put the screw in the correct hole. The screw is unobstructed and at most couldn’t have taken 15 min. That seems extremely high to me. I will say it was a pleasure working with Aaron in Service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Forgot to put a next oil change sticker on window. Sometimes forget to reset but got it this time.
