On October 23, 2024, a tech from this company was assigned to work on our furnace. The tech came in with no tools, was downstairs for about 2 minutes, and came up to inform us the furnace needed to be replaced and that's what he was sending as his recommendation to our warranty *** After more than 3 weeks of back and forth calls and email, warranty says they were told it was our fault as the report was furnace was clogged due to negligence. Quick but thorough service.Very happy to get someone out after hours without the ridiculous fees.**** was very understanding that we couldnt wait until business hours and had us cooling within a few hours.He might be out until 1am but h*** always get you fixed up right , thanks again **** !!!
