Place was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly.
Extremely a death trap. Everyone wears diapers, even the ones that don’t need it because they’re too lazy to help you to bathroom. Ppl go without food. TheyChecks on their patients once every shift . You could be dying and they hear you calling out but will close your door and ignore you
This is my first time dealing personally with a Rehabilitation and Nursing home but I am very pleased. The Admissions Director has been very gracious and concerned that I felt satisfied with the admission process and she displayed concern for my Mother which gave me a feeling of calm. She encouraged me to contact if I had any concerns or questions. I believe this facility will be a good fit for what my Mom needs to recover.
