Place was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly.
Extremely a death trap. Everyone wears diapers, even the ones that don’t need it because they’re too lazy to help you to bathroom. Ppl go without food. TheyChecks on their patients once every shift . You could be dying and they hear you calling out but will close your door and ignore you
This is my first time dealing personally with a Rehabilitation and Nursing home but I am very pleased. The Admissions Director has been very gracious and concerned that I felt satisfied with the admission process and she displayed concern for my Mother which gave me a feeling of calm. She encouraged me to contact if I had any concerns or questions. I believe this facility will be a good fit for what my Mom needs to recover.
I would like to take this opportunity to rave about the professionals at the Parkway Health and Rehab Center. The staff is fully qualified to address any questions or concerns. They are very engaged and so easy to talk too. The facility is fully staff with security measures in place in order to ensure that all patients, staff and visitors are comfortable and well received. Follow up is impeccable. In closing I would definitely recommend any friend or family member to look at Parkway Center if rehab or healthcare is merited. ... read more
