I had an appointment booked for 2:00 pm today for an MOT. I arrived 20 minutes early, just in case there was space to start sooner but was told to wait until my booked time which was fine. However, when 2:00 pm came, I ended up waiting a further 45 minutes with no update, apology, or explanation. When I asked someone about the delay they completely ignored me and walked past which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. Very nice people
I had a problem with my audi a6 quattro. The cam shaft pully came of the engine. The rac recovered me and the guy recommended this garage.the service was 100%.and the bill was half the amount I was expecting. It's hard to find a good garage nowadays in luton.il be using the garage for servicing my car and mot.they even checked all my tyres for pressure before I drove away.best garage in luton.
I'm very happy guys was nearly close but they still change my 2 bolt light, very cheap thank you
