Was available at short notice but took 7 hours to do a MOT a service.
This garage is a big waste of time. They are fine for the small jobs break changes MOT etc but do not go for big jobs there is no communication between the team and inexperienced across the board. Believe the bad reviews I tried to ignore them.
Parkway Garage Ltd are very trustworthy and reliable. I have been here a few times to have my coil pack changed, head light bulb, break pads and disks and a major service. Each time the service was brilliant and great communication, I highly recommend Parkway Garage Ltd
I had an appointment booked for 2:00 pm today for an MOT. I arrived 20 minutes early, just in case there was space to start sooner but was told to wait until my booked time which was fine. However, when 2:00 pm came, I ended up waiting a further 45 minutes with no update, apology, or explanation. When I asked someone about the delay they completely ignored me and walked past which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
