The reason for 5 stars is Craig in your service department. He kept me in the know about what was going on with my jeep and explained everything that was done and most of all took time with me. I’m 72yrs. Old and that means alot. I’ll be back for service in the future.
They were able to get me in quickly and had my truck back the same day. Excellent service!
I’ve bought now 3 vehicles from them, 1 new and two used. All three have been wonderful vehicles so far. The service department when I’ve taken my truck and Bronco in have been super easy to work with and they kept up communication the entire time. Sales team wise I’ve not had any complaints, if and when I’m in the market again I will be going back to parkway ford.
