A company vehicle was serviced here, we used the pick-up & delivery option which went smooth, and Parkway only had our van for what seemed like a few hours. However, I updated the contact method when the appointment was made, and asked that I be contacted directly for updates. That did not happen. So far there have been no concerns on the vehicle, and the pricing was quite reasonable for what we had done.
They do a great job, got my vehicle in and out very quickly
I normally use another dealership for my maintenance program oil changes. But this time they couldn't get me in for a few weeks so I called Parkway and they got me in fast and even pi ked up and returned my vehicle. They also were checking on an electrical issue with my bronco which they also found some exposed wires.
