My sales associate was Josiah, but the whole team made my purchase the easiest streamlined process buying a vehicle over the past 25yrs. They made every effort to bend around my schedule and availability while working the whole time by communicating through text and email. We bought new tires for my mother in law car a few years ago, one seemed to be. Leaking slowly. The service manager told me to bring it in and they would find out why it starting leaking. They came to the conclusion that it was leaking around the rim, and not from a puncture. They removed it from the car, dismounted the tire, cleaned the rim, remounted and balanced it, all at no cost!! That’s the service we love. Great job!!!
Oil change and Tire rotation was good. My 2025 Dodge Ram is a lease from parkway with 28k miles on it. I have tail light issues one bulb is out in the top left side and one bulb is out on bottom right side I had asked them about that as how could both bulbs go out at the same time and they said they would look at it. They took both off and plugged new bulbs in and said it worked then. They said the fix would cost $40, I said for 2 bulbs I said pass.
