Called on a Friday to make an appointment and was told to bring it in at my convenience to the quick lane. I stated I had a 2020 EcoDiesel with (the new engine) and that there had been a shortage on oil filters. I was told it was resolved, they had them and to bring it in. Fast forward to Monday...no filter in stock, please come back in two days... my morning wasted waiting for them to figure out what they were doing.
The crew at Quick Lane are super helpful and very fast at their jobs. Pricing is very fair.
