This is what I ordered and paid $74. The other photo shows what the recipient received. So disappointing…I do not live in Thomaston and trusted this florist would send a beautiful arrangement. The arrangement that was received was thrown together and definitely not worth the money I spent. I could have made an arrangement like that myself!

Do not buy from this florist. I purchased flowers for my grieving sister. I paid for the flowers to be delivered and this florist is from the area. They claimed to have drove for a whole hour on the main road and did not see the delivery address on the side street. I said I wanted my money back however they told me that I could not get my money back because she drove a whole hour looking for the address. I just had the most rudest experience with Martha, she over talked me and then hung up, once she received my confirmation, she called me back like she hadn't been speaking to me and I STRONGLY suggest that she do not process this order. You can't talk to people rudely and think they will do business with you or to spend their money with such a rude person.

Although I was not as pleased with the florist and what I thought it should look like, I called them. I was not after a refund, I wanted the owner to know it was not the best. As a business owner, I'd want someone to do that for me. Owner INSISTED on refunding the order. THAT is customer service. I will use again. I would not had if the owner had not been so nice.
