As a physician and regular member of Parkway Fitness and Racquet Club, I value the environment this facility provides for community health and wellness. Unfortunately, I must raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of the manager, Ms. Esme Pearl. On multiple occasions, I have personally observed behavior from Ms. Pearl that was unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards expected in a customer-facing leadership role. Overall, it could have been a great day with a good review! BUT !!! The cashier Nya suddenly said that we can't pay in cash. Suddenly! Nobody told us when we made an order , or when we paid admission( we paid in cash )And cash payment was possible. And then - other customers came up and also decided to pay in cash, she said that they had to wait 30 minutes, because there was no change.
