Overall, it could have been a great day with a good review! BUT !!! The cashier Nya suddenly said that we can't pay in cash. Suddenly! Nobody told us when we made an order , or when we paid admission( we paid in cash )And cash payment was possible. And then - other customers came up and also decided to pay in cash, she said that they had to wait 30 minutes, because there was no change. ⭐ 0 STAR EXPERIENCE ⭐ First time — and definitely our last. We were excited to try Parkway Fitness & Racquet Club… but it turned into a huge disappointment. 😞 Right from the start, the experience was off. The lady at the front desk told us we’re not allowed to bring food or drinks into the pool area unless we buy from their café. We respected the rule, paid, and entered. 👍 But once inside, we saw something completely different. I’ve been using this pool since 2021. Everyone’s generally nice. The price of the day pass has gone up to 28 after taxes the last two years. You can order food at the pool, but the service can be slow. I don’t think that anybody is going around and cleaning up either cause it was quite messy when I visited. There’s happy hour at the crave restaurant, but for some reason, there’s no happy hour at the pool for food, only drinks. I think there should be happy hour for food too.
