Squash facilities are good. The court has a wierd sound to it that almost sounds like a pro court. This took some getting used to. Change rooms are dated and cramped but more than OK hot water took forever to come out but overall a great place to get a match in
Unprofessional and disrespectful service
As a physician and regular member of Parkway Fitness and Racquet Club, I value the environment this facility provides for community health and wellness. Unfortunately, I must raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of the manager, Ms. Esme Pearl. On multiple occasions, I have personally observed behavior from Ms. Pearl that was unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards expected in a customer-facing leadership role. -When my kids trying to change in the changing room some old dude was looking at my kids🤮 -But it was good it feel good but just the people who live there not so... good you know -will go there again.
