My husband is a disabled veteran with PTSD, and has some issues with memory. He received a letter from Parkway after missing an appointment saying that they are now refusing service to him. I have never heard this happening before, and quite frankly I’m surprised they would treat a veteran this way especially after he tried to call and apologize.
Tricked into visiting a new dentist at this practice. No notice or letter that Dr Semrau retired and is no longer practicing here. Sent me to collections on a bill that I asked them to charge my credit card for, after their biller overcharged me $400+ the first two times and could not get her math correct.
My experience with Parkway Family Dental has been wonderful. I have a family member that was very nervous to go to the dentist and they took very good care of her. Carrie was so kind and patient, and held her hand during the procedures; it really helped. I'm happy that we chose to go with Parkway Family Dental and you will be too.
