Irlen was an amazing tour guide and showed me all the great amenities this complex had to offer
Staff have been and has continued to be super friendly and helpful. There has been 2 issues with the apartment and the maintenance was on top of it. They arrived quickly, within 24 hours, which was so nice. Staff is great with communication. Moving in, we got everything that we had wanted in an apartment except one thing. However, we are very satisfied with what we have. Although we haven't been here long, I can say with positivity and can recommend Elevate on Parkway as a great place to live.
Arlen was so helpful throughout my rental process. She assisted me with applying for the apartment and made everything easy to understand. She was patient, kind, and professional. I really appreciate her support!”
