This just happened randomly at 2am a couple nights ago. The guy that came in was good. They left my front door unlocked, matinence, tried to tell me that black sewer slug was old soap. I most definitely know that wasnt the case. It smelled like sewage. It was thick, and black with chunks. I just moved in….. My apartment is over the boiler room, i dont know if thsy had anything to do with the issue but it was definitely not ok. I have medical issues and have been having severe headaches. Tenants treat the place like trash, they throw their empty liquor bottles everywhere, smoke inside the buildings where there are small children and those with asthma, but they don't care. Management is friendly but if you bring something to their attention they'll just send out a bunch of emails giving out "warnings" but don't actually do anything about it.
