I visited Dr. Srikrishna about a month ago and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. During my appointment, the doctor appeared distracted and stepped out for phone calls, which made it difficult to feel fully heard. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The day before my appointment, they changed my scheduled time from 9:00 AM to 8:00 AM without confirming it with me. They left a voicemail saying that if I couldn’t make it at 8, it would be fine to still come at 9. I rearranged my entire schedule — I’m active military and my time is not flexible — and showed up at 8:15 AM trying to accommodate their change. Dr.Donepudi was great .Professional, kind and easy to talk to. His medical assistant was patient and listened to my concerns and didn't rush me .Front desk staff polite and was kind to accomadate me right away at a later time when I was late to my appointment.Overall this will be my go to place for my ENT concerns in future too.

Great doctor! Very thorough in his exam and you can tell he actually cares about his patients. His medical assistant Michelle is very helpful and great, she also really cares about making sure you get what you need! Every time I call they are friendly and willing to help with whatever is needed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The receptionist treated me with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the moment I arrived. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unpleasant manner, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. No patient should be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place based on the poor customer service at the front desk.
