Stay away from this awful dental business in *******. Always up-selling & if you do not agree, they drop you instantly. We are literally at their mercy. I have waited 3 months for an appointment, still to no avail. No call backs, no answers. Constant revolving door of new employees. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Charges are highly inflated, and most items on their recommendation list are typically "not covered" by dental insurance. Do not use this business, a fair warning to all consumers.
I have been a patient with PDG for 8+ years. HARRIS KHAN KHATTAK is the new owner of the facility since 11/08/22. I was his first patient, at that time there were no issues checking in, and they had no problem billing me $2,300+ On 5/10/23, I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. The Receptionist was not organized, asked that I call the insurance company to be "assigned" to the facility. This is a warm and friendly dental facility that has reasonable prices and the dental surgeons come to the practice so you don't have to travel to them for dental surgeries
