The team at Parkway were efficient and professional but also friendly and thoughtful. I brought in my living room drapes and they inspected the fabric carefully. The drapes came back good as new. And they carried them to the car for me. A much appreciated assist. Thanks Jon and Parkway team!
I’ve taken several garments to Parkway for alterations/pressing, including my wedding dress. I generally have a good experience— everyone on staff is friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately, my wedding dress had several small marks and scuffs when I took it out of Parkway’s packaging on my wedding day, including some on the front panel.
I brought my gown here after finding Parkway Dry Cleaners on Google. They were so helpful and friendly. The woman that measured me for my alterations did a beautiful job and my gown was ready exactly when she said it would be. The whole process was smooth and very professional. I will definitely return. Thank you so much for making my gown fit me like a custom made piece.
