You have construction workers over in grand junction Colorado working on the Stanford flats or whatever who have taken over our entire parking lot (which is an extremely small parking lot to begin with) while having access to your finished big ole brand new parking lot. You workers park still pulled out halfway into the driveway, they have our exit blocked off and continue to clutter our parking. Parkway started construction RIGHT next to my apartment complex a few months ago, they caught my attention while breaking ground because every morning (before the legal starting time) my roommates and I woke up to our entire place rumbling, walls and floor shaking, things falling over etc. this lasted ALL DAY for weeks before I finally complained.
