Lipservice company. Promises bonuses but doesn't pay them. Throws party for making $1M profit on a job but can't pay the bonus they promise at hiring? Not just me either, several other superintendents said the same thing. I ultimately quit due to it not being a good environment for a woman in the field. No one can answer questions without talking to Ethan first, and then he doesn't return calls, so...you'll love it at first, until the wool falls off your eyes.
