Now I completely understand why this clinic has a 2.2 rating. I’ve taken my 2-year-old here twice, and both times have left me frustrated and disappointed. I was told the £40 fee was a one-time payment for children under 3 (or 5—I was never given a clear answer), yet I was asked to pay again for a follow-up that their doctor scheduled within a month of the last visit. I have been trying to call and reach someone here for about 2.5 weeks now. i have left several messages for billing, receptionist and even the other departments just so someone would call me back - this morning i tried again and all the department's voice mail box's are FULL. they did not bill my husband's insurance as told (i have a copy of the facility's order instructing Parkway to bill his insurance), THEY BILLED HIM INSTEAD. the original facility that used them for his drug test kept telling us to ignore the bill we kep... read more
