Where is my shirt? – After being a loyal customer, it is time for a new cleaners. I asked the owner numerous times, where is my shirt? On third try the owner said " you told me to throw away that shirt". I only wore it twice and cost over $200. Maybe you gave my relatively new shirt to the customer who came in before me and said " these aren't my clothes". Any one can make a mistake but the business owner needs to give customer servive and not exuses.

Free Pick-up and Delivery!!!!! – I heard good things about Parkway Cleaners from my coworkers. So I decided to check it out and I found out that they had free pick-up and delivery. Just on that, I was very impressed since it was so convenient. On top of that, the service was great, timely, very friendly, and CHEAP. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Amazing Customer Service and Great Prices – I've been going to Parkway cleaners for over 3 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else; they are hands down the best and I've tried several places in the area. They do not try to nickle and dime you like other cleaners by charging excessive fees for simple alterations. My shirts come back consistently clean and with the perfect amount of starch.
