Just terrible! They destroyed a $1,000 sport jacket. I brought my Etro linen jacket to be dry cleaned, and it was ruined. The jacket was 5–6 years old but still in good shape, though it definitely needed cleaning. When I pointed out the dirtiest areas (the collar), I was told, “We can clean it, no problem.” When I picked it up and checked their work, I was shocked. The collar had holes! I called ahead before going to this place to see if they could clean and press a suit and some shirts for me by tomorrow morning. They said they could make it happen. When I arrived they said it was not possible and it would take 2 days. I also told them I had a flight to catch and I need it done in the morning. they told me "that's your problem."
