I took my Class A uniform to get the patches replaced. they charged me almost $90 to replace patches on two shirts and the years of service marks on the sleeve. The instructions were to REPLACE the existing patches with the ones provided. the uniform was dropped off on Thursday and we were told it would be ready next Thursday. Terrible smell, I feel almost ill wearing the clothes. They re-did one set of shirts and it only smelled 1/2 as bad but still much worse then when I took them in. Was quite expensive too compared to others, and there was a very defensive attitude from the staff when going in, even the first time. Googling the issue it is possible they are not using the solvent correctly, or not buying new chemical, Google AI says some firms if they don't change the solvent it deposits other peoples' sweat, etc. into your clothes. I am rating this business a start only because I’m unable to do zero. I had an unfortunate encounter with the business. I’ve been going there for years and it has transitioned to new ownership throughout the years that I’ve been attending this cleaner and the first time that I taken an expensive garment, it gets damaged and I had asked if there was any policy or any recourse where I could be compensated for the damages since The item could never be the same. Just terrible! They destroyed a $1,000 sport jacket. I brought my Etro linen jacket to be dry cleaned, and it was ruined. The jacket was 5–6 years old but still in good shape, though it definitely needed cleaning. When I pointed out the dirtiest areas (the collar), I was told, “We can clean it, no problem.” When I picked it up and checked their work, I was shocked. The collar had holes!
