Bought a good explorer but never got my sunroof fixed as promised during signing. That specific paperwork was not included in my paperwork as well even though it was there during signing. When I called about where I should take it I was told that they don’t know the mechanic I would need to take it to and that they also did not have that paperwork. Never was called back about this.
I’m a single mother with three kids in the Higher Reach program which I do work for and get paid for and they recently offered to fix my car and pay for it and park motors worked on it for me and I just got it back. They charged me $1300 and it still broke so I broke down in Bowling Green yesterday and called them and they told me That it wasn’t their problem because I didn’t pay for it.
