Amazing place to live right in the heart of Surrey! The location couldn’t be better. The management team is fantastic—special thanks to Smiley and Sophia for making our move-in process as smooth as possible. The gym is great, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the new amenities once they’re completed. Definitely happy to call this place home!

They explained everything we needed to know and made the move-in smooth and easy. The level of professionalism and support has been excellent — we’re really happy with our experience.
I was visiting a friend at Parkway by Bosa Properties and honestly, the place has such a great vibe! 😊 Smiley and Sofia were super friendly and helpful during my visit. I also loved their little coffee setup on Halloween — such a nice idea! The kids were so happy, and it really felt like a fun, welcoming community. Really impressed with the building and the people here!

Impressed with Parkway by Bosa Properties. The whole touring process was simple and easy.. Anthony was showing us around and was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind and listened to all our questions patiently. We met the Building manager Sophia who was also very helpful.
