Parkway Building Co. took on our terrible concrete block/slab porch, disintegrating wood posts, ancient gutters, and vinyl soffit decimated by squirrels, transforming them into a beautiful, modern wood deck with new aluminum soffit, vinyl-wrapped fixtures, covered gutters, and steps with railings. We couldn’t be more pleased with our kitchen remodel job that Steve and his crew did for us. Our kitchen was completely outdated and choppy and Steve drew up plans for us and showed us how we could utilize our space better. I am in love with the results. I needed a well built, walk-in shower that was safe and secure for my needs. I wanted to receive at least three quotes so that I could get an idea of the cost of this project. Steve from Parkway Building Company gave me a quote with pictures of the shower to be installed. The price was right and I knew Steve from previous work that he did for our home. Actually showed up, so points for that, but came to our home aggressive, brash and offering lots of “You can’t do thats” when, in fact, we had other estimates already in the can. He had a photo before he agreed to come out to our home, and knew exactly what we wanted. It just wasn’t what HE liked. He was asked to leave. He was there literal minutes, that’s how bad it was. Did not care for his demeanor at all. Another company is doing the job.
