Actually showed up, so points for that, but came to our home aggressive, brash and offering lots of “You can’t do thats” when, in fact, we had other estimates already in the can. He had a photo before he agreed to come out to our home, and knew exactly what we wanted. It just wasn’t what HE liked. He was asked to leave. He was there literal minutes, that’s how bad it was. Did not care for his demeanor at all. Another company is doing the job.

Working with Parkway Construction was a great experience. My basement was completely unfinished. Parkway Construction came in did a complete remodel. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and Corey. Steve gave me a quote and drew up a blue print and went over everything thurally with me and my wife. Steve is somewhat of a perfectionist so everything was done with great craftsmanship and care. Craftsmanship at Parkway Building Co. is world-class! We had the pleasure of working with Steve Smafield, who worked with us diligently until everything was fully completed, including the professional thorough cleaning to remove any type of debris from the entire basement and the garage.
