They sold my 2020 escalade sport platinum black raven with maple sugar brembo brakes etc. that i was tracing leaks rumors everywhere and dreaming to own since 2015 to a different customer because they wanted the customer to do service with them I contacted my nearest dealer they indicated that this very escalade wasn’t available and zero sold here what can i do ? My husband and I went to GMC Tustin and it was the worst experience that we ever had buying a car. We drove almost 3 hours to look at their Hummer EV. We had bad customer service. After numerous failed attempts by their staff, we drove to the GMC in Santa Clarita and I’m so happy we did. They treated us like royalty. The service was excellent as always, but I was very disappointed with the recent changes, especially the decision to no longer honor lifetime oil changes. I’ve always brought my Tahoe here for service and have invested a significant amount of money into it. Unfortunately, because of this change, you’ll now be losing my business over something as simple as an oil change for loyal customers. I know I’m not the only one who will be taking their business elsewhere for ALL of their services.
