horrible service. i had went here to get a check back to me because a different bank under the same name told me to go here, as soon as i got here they tell me “nope we’re closed we won’t attend” i thought how ridiculous if someone rang them to let them know i was going on the way and no where near closing time. horrible customer service and employees, i recommended other banks better than parkway, do not waste your time here or get fooled
Be careful and LOOK OUT!!!! SKETCHY ATM. Ive used their atm twice now and both times it posted 2 separate transactions for the same single atm withdrawal and i was out double the money and had to dispute it with my bank
