This was my worst experience with buying a car. I purchased my car February 10, 2025. After leaving the lot from purchasing what I thought was my dream car, my Car cut off and I had to get it towed to a mechanic just to be told that I had a bad transmission and was basically sold a lemon. After getting a new transmission replacing several sensors, I visited Parkway automotive just to be greeted very rudely and basically told it was nothing on their end that could be done. The website was very misleading, and communication with the dealer was very poorly done, after getting to the dealership we waited about 40 minutes before anyone greeted us or came to assist, the website says they offer financing in house for a car, they said that they do not do financing when i went in person, and that you have to have a full amount in cash up front, went to look at a chevy equinox pictures looked very clean and well maintained, but when i saw the car it was missing a side mirror, alot of dents and scuffs, ... read more
