My grandmother bought a Lincoln car brand new. It's a 2014 with ~15,000 mile on it. She doesn't drive it much. But a couple of weeks ago it wouldn't start. So she called Parkway and had them come get it for service. The battery was dead due to her not driving it often. They called her and told her that the power steering was bad and she needed to pay them over $5000 to fix it. We had a great buying experience with Parkway- Josiah was great, honest and met our needs with the budget we were working with.
Parkway was amazing and very impressive!! Our sales consultant Joel Wagner was so very impressive and went above and beyond to help us. He was very polite and straight forward with us. It's the first time we've had a sales person put 100% of his attention on us. He made our wait time the shortest we've ever been at a car dealership.
