My grandmother bought a Lincoln car brand new. It's a 2014 with ~15,000 mile on it. She doesn't drive it much. But a couple of weeks ago it wouldn't start. So she called Parkway and had them come get it for service. The battery was dead due to her not driving it often. They called her and told her that the power steering was bad and she needed to pay them over $5000 to fix it.
