Don’t trade unless you’re prepared to pay both vehicle payments for a few months. I wouldn’t get the extended warranty either. Service seems to ignore calls/voicemails
Shady! Spoke with salesman Joel about a used car. Turns out it had a broken headlight switch and broken passenger side mirror. These are safety issues that they knowingly ignored and offered the car for sale anyway. When I pressed the issue, saying that their in-house Ford techs next door should easily be able to fix the issues, the only response I got was "the car is being sold as-is." He also insisted on reading the CarFax to me over the phone instead of sending me a copy which I had asked for twice.
Preston Mitchell was extremely helpful and got the car I wanted at a great price.
From the moment I walked in the door Rachael greeted me with a smile. George, the service manager was helpful explaining everything to me in detail. David the Technician explained was going on with my vehicle and showed me pictures. During my visit I had my two granddaughters with me. Rachael was so helpful showing me the kids area that they have. I would highly recommend Parkway, everyone made me feel so comfortable and my Car is running great. Thank you
I just bought a used vehicle from Greg F. at the CJDR portion of Parkway Auto and I could not be happier with how I was treated.
