This the second time I've used Parkway Auto Spa in McKinney for my new SUV and the second time they took at least 2 cars ahead of me that arrived several minutes after I did. This is also the second time they didn't add any fragrance. They asked what scent I wanted when I picked my wash, and it is on my receipt, but they never added any. I have found other nearby car washes and neither my husband nor I will be back.
Came in today hoping to speak to the manager Irving who stated he would call me in regards to my last car wash here in which one of their machines cracked my driver side mirror leaving a bunch of blue padding stuck in it that I and a car attendant had to pull out. My mirror was not cracked before that car wash. I gave Irving my phone number in which he stated he would look over the video to double check one of the machines did not damage my car which I know they did.
