Rob is great! He bent over backwards to get me in at the last minute to remove ignition interlock. Did quality work on both the original install and the removal.
This joker they call Rob had an attitude right when i stepped through the door and had extreme prejudice to me just for the car that i drive and tried to pull a fast one on me saying my brakes were shot yet all 4 were changed 2,000 miles ago he can pull that with the old ladies but not with me
I brought in my BMW X5 for an inspection because it wouldn’t start. My suspicion was the Ignition interlock system was installed poorly and the connection was bad. They lied to me and told me they went through the car and found 36 codes (My car had none when was dropped off, also had no proof of those codes). Amazing. Rob is my hero. My car broke down at the top of the ramp on Burnsville Parkway on my way home from work. I was able to coast into the lot of parkway auto. He got a few of his guys to push it into a spot and even said he could look at it first thing in the morning. He called me with not so great news on my car, but walked me through what I needed to do to get it to the right person to see if it could be fixed.
