Hello This place is very very bad they were suppose to fix my car the items they were suppose to be applied was a pully, underground wire.. and you said it was the starter and it was not.. he only did one thing and that was a negative wire and that was it. and charge me $416.00 and did nothing to my truck. my truck was all mess up thanks to this place these people are a scam and a fraud. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PLACE .
If I could give this place less 0 stars I would. I had my rotors and brake pads replaced here. 6 months later my breaks feel and sound like my breaks are grinding metal on metal. I took the car back to parkway arriving at 8:30am (they open at 8am) only to be told the mechanic won't be there for another 2-3 hours. I like to support small business but I will never come here ever again and I suggest anyone else thinking of coming here for anything other than a oil change should stay away.
Is working with a gentleman Rene Nusen to do an Inspection Scam and sell junkyard cars. Do not go here and watch out for anyone on Craigslist using this place.
Please steer clear of this auto repair shop. I took my Audi to this service shop for just an oil change. However, they manager Paulo said that it was in great shape and that I just needed a few minor things (engine flush and drive belt change) in addition to the oil change. He actually took me out of the bay and showed me that my belt was discolored and the oil was dirty. However, this was all a hoax!!! I asked for my old drive belt in return and sure enough NOTHING was wrong with it!!!! It was not discolored like HE claimed... read more
