Discovered a nail in my tire this morning. Did a quick search for shops near me and Parkway popped up. I stopped in and they said they could get me in that morning. They had me in and out in under 15 mins for a patch job on the tire and didn’t charge me a cent. Aside from quick service, all the staff were so friendly!
This crew is the best. They are super helpful and straight talk. Highly highly recommend.
Dealer quoted me $350 to replace a lower ball joint. Thought I could get it lower at an independent mechanic, quote from parkway $750+. Ridiculous and gouging. Did it myself for the cost of few tools and brand new lower ball joint for under 100 bucks and a few hours. Its a 26 dollar.part how does it cost $750 total...
Great, friendly customer service. I've found my new repair shop. We had a slow leak in our tire for a few days. We called around trying to get an appt, but it would be days before we could be seen. Luckily we called Parkway and they we able fit us in later in the day. My husband took the car in and was seen right away. While sitting there he heard customer service at its best, rarely found these days. It was maybe 20 minutes, they removed the screw from the tire, patched it, and had him on his way. When he was ready to cash ... read more
