Craig is passionate about customer service. Keeps you well informed about what is wrong with your vehicle and doesn't pressure you into things. The shop is very clean which I think is a good indication of quality work. Craig and his crew are knowledgeable and honest. Craig especially is very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY passionate about his craft.

A wonderful experience! A wonderful experience, aside from learning all of the things that were wrong with our van, but that's not their fault. Craig and his staff were upfront and honest about what was wrong with our vehicle and the cost. He even had us come by so he could take us out under our van so we could see for ourselves what they found. friendly service very nice, personal service. the owner/operator was upfront about pricing and turn around time. they offer shuttle service so that you don't have to sit around waiting for your car.
