Shady, dishonest, and aggressive. Took my car to get the lights and bumper fixed and they returned my car with the engine cover missing and when I asked about it, the owner Kevin screamed at me multiple times, changed his story, and told me I wasn’t his customer . If you care about your car or your safety, STAY FAR AWAY from this place.
KEVIN and, the crew at Parkway Auto body in Elmwood Park are always amazing. This is about the third or fourth time I used him and I was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to fix my problem. Not only did they fix it while I was away on vacation, they dropped the car back off in my driveway and I didn’t have to pay a fortune. Thank God for amazing technicians like Kevin and his customer service !! If anyone needs a place to go, this is it!
Was recommended this shop by a family friend. Kevin was honest and fair, was quoted 4 days to complete the job, however they exceeded expectations by doing it in 24 hours. A+ would recommend.
If you don’t care about the appearance or performance of your car after an accident, then this is place for you. It took the owner two months to return my vehicle, constantly blaming delays on parts. Instead of installing new parts, he opted for poor quality bodywork. My insurance covered two brand new wheels, but he just sanded and powder coated the old ones, and couldn’t even match the original color lol.
