THIEVES! Shady, dishonest, and aggressive. Took my car to get the lights and bumper fixed and they returned my car with the engine cover missing and when I asked about it, the owner Kevin screamed at me multiple times, changed his story, and told me I wasn’t his customer . KEVIN and, the crew at Parkway Auto body in Elmwood Park are always amazing. This is about the third or fourth time I used him and I was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to fix my problem. Not only did they fix it while I was away on vacation, they dropped the car back off in my driveway and I didn’t have to pay a fortune. Thank God for amazing technicians like Kevin and his customer service !! If anyone needs a place to go, this is it!
Was recommended this shop by a family friend. Kevin was honest and fair, was quoted 4 days to complete the job, however they exceeded expectations by doing it in 24 hours. A+ would recommend.
