I’m writing this review to share what happened at this body shop — and to warn others. I trusted them to do the work properly, but they charged my insurance company for parts they never even installed. As a woman, I expected professionalism and honesty. Instead, I got fraud. I had originally purchased LED headlights from O’Reilly’s, and the appraiser approved them for replacement. I gave the shop the receipt and trusted them to install the lights. Steve & Billy were professional, kind & informative. Car was fixed quickly and was given back to me cleaned/detailed and looking as if my car was never in an accident.
