My husband and I lived at this community for about 5 years. We enjoyed living in here because the apartments were spacious and the community was quiet. The entire time that we lived here however, interacting with the office for ANYTHING at all ever was incredibly frustrating. Yo tube buenas y malas experiencias con respecto a este lugar. Por un lado muy buena experiencia con las personas que trabajaban en el front como Mara y l@s demás secretari@s y las personas de mantenimiento pero la calidad de personas que viven en el lugar no son muy buenas muchos conflictos, mucha música alta en la piscina y fiestas los fin de semana en las zonas públicas. Es incómoda mi opinión por qué realmente los 3 años que llevo viviendo acá todo ha sido muy bien en la oficina muy amables las niñas lo decepcionante es que llevo más de dos meses reportando mi aire acondicionado por qué no para y mi cuenta de servicios está llegando por 347 dólares y apenas está empezando el calor resulta que la unidad enfría perfectamente pero del tiempo para acá cuando es el momento del sol fuerte se apaga el compresor en momentos hasta el punto que los brakers se disparan y se levanta uno sudando apenas ... read more
I am a new resident at Parkway at Hunters Creek. I found this place online and made an appointment to see Martha. Martha is the best. I now have a New apartment home at Hunters Creek and I am so happy. Thank you, Martha, Gigi, Thomas, and Ms. Cathy, the Property Manager. I moved in with a move-in special and when I tell you, I am elated that’s putting it mildly. The area is beautiful. It has so many shopping areas (and I love to shop) and many restaurants just a great location and Parkway is a beautiful community to live in.... read more
