One clear example is the lack of parking enforcement – there is currently an unregistered vehicle with no plate or tag parked overnight and left on the left side of a building on Chaseway Lane, directly violating the lease agreement, while residents struggle to find parking at night. We are very happy with the welcome we received. All the staff are friendly and Mara was incredible. She accompanied us every step of the way, helped us with the formalities and took a lot of time to explain everything to us. We are extremely grateful to her.
